This privacy policy informs you about which personal data I process when you visit this website or contact me. It is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG). The German version is legally binding.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider. When the website is accessed, the server automatically stores technical data in log files: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, and the previously visited page. This data is necessary to operate the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is my legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for this purpose.

3. Contact form, email and phone

If you send me an enquiry via the contact form, by email or by phone, I process your details (for example name, phone number, email address, company, type of project and your message) in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to make you an offer. The contact form sends your details to me by email; they are not additionally stored in a database. Before sending, you confirm with a tick that you have read this privacy policy. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) and your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future, for example by email to info@frontal-light.com. I delete your data as soon as it is no longer needed and there are no statutory retention obligations.

4. Link to LinkedIn

LinkedIn is only included on this website as a simple link. Data is only transferred when you click the link and visit the LinkedIn website (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Dublin 2, Ireland). Their privacy policy applies there.

5. Fonts and videos

The fonts and the showreel video of this website are stored directly on my own web space. They are not loaded from Google, YouTube or Vimeo servers.

Some project pages embed films from YouTube (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). These videos are only loaded when you click the preview image (two-click solution). Before that, no data is transferred to YouTube. After the click, the video is loaded in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Google receives, among other things, your IP address and information about which page you visited; data may be transferred to the USA. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). Further information can be found in Google’s privacy policy.

6. Cookies and statistics

This website does not set any tracking or marketing cookies and does not use any statistics or analytics services. WordPress only sets technically necessary cookies when someone is logged in to the admin area. The legal basis is § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG.

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to

• information about your data stored by me (Art. 15 GDPR)
• rectification of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
• withdraw consent given with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
