We don’t stage – we observe.
Our photography is documentary. We don’t create an artificial context but capture what is there: people at work, in their surroundings, in real moments.
Our photographic approach
What matters to us
Natural light
We prefer to work with available light. Artificial light only when it supports the story, never when it dominates.
Cinematic imagery
Our photography has a filmic look – because we are filmmakers too. Natural colours, calm and clear compositions.
Real moments
No posed group photos with forced smiles, but people at work: focused, authentic, alive.
Time for trust
We don’t rush through the shoot with a checklist; we take our time so that people feel comfortable in front of the camera.
The process
In four steps
Preparation
What is the story? Who should be shown? Which mood suits your work? We clarify expectations, look at the location and plan timing and lighting.
Shoot
On the day itself we work discreetly. The camera is there, but not intrusive. We direct as little as possible and observe as much as necessary.
Selection
You receive a curated selection – not 500 almost identical images, but 20 to 50 strong shots that tell the story.
Post-production
Colours are edited consistently and naturally. Retouching only where necessary – people are not “beautified”. The result: images with character.
