Faces of life in Cuba

During my two-month stay in Cuba, a large number of portraits were created. They have been brought together in a series of 9 portraits.

Faces of Life is the resulting project.

Many of these portraits were taken after long conversations or several days of friendship. The resulting portraits feel natural and are marked by immediate closeness.

It was a special time, living together with the unique and incredibly friendly Cubans.

Cuba is so rich in beautiful nature, unique beaches and friendly, helpful locals.

They live without great material wealth, enjoy many sunny days in the Caribbean and are happy and friendly throughout.
